WE WENT TO THE DOCTOR TODAY FOR A CHECK UP ON CALEB'S FINGER. HIS PEDITRICIAN SAID TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT AND IF DOESN'T SEEM TO BE HEALING BY MONDAY TO COME BACK AND WE WILL NEED TO SEE AN ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR FOR A CAST. AS YOU CAN SEE THE DOCTOR PUT A NEW SPLINT ON IT. WHEN HE TOOK OFF THE SPLINT THEY PUT ON LAST NIGHT I NOTICED THE BRUISING WAS ALREADY TURNING GREEN BUT IT WAS JUST AS SWOLEN. CALEB HAS NOT BEEN A HAPPY CAMPER, BUT CAN YOU BLAME HIM. NO, HE IS NOT HANDLING THIS WELL. JUST WHEN EVER THERE IS A CAMERA IN FRONT OF HIM, HE IS A HAM. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED.

OMG I am just catching up and I can't believe this!!! POOR LITTLE SWEETHEART! What a trooper it looks like he is being. If it were Mikayla she would just eat the cast...seriously! I am really hoping you don't need that and that it begins to heal. That has to be so painful for him and it's so hard as a mom to give our kids pain meds over and over. Ya know? I sure hope he has restful weekend and that it can start healing right away. Praying for you and HIM!
