KEVIN AND I WANT TO START ANOTHER ADOPTION. WE WANT TO ADOPT A BABY GIRL. WHITE, HISPANIC OR A MIX BETWEEN THE TWO. I NEED SOME ADVICE ON GOOD ADOPTION AGENCIES. ANY THAT YOU HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH OR MAYBE SOMEONE THAT YOU KNOW. WE ARE LEANING TOWARDS A DOMESTIC ADOPTION, THOUGH IT DOES SCARE ME. BUT WITH GUATEMALA BEING WHERE IT'S AT, I'M NOT SURE IF I WOULD DO ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL ADOPTION. THERE ARE SO MANY CHILDREN NEEDING HOMES. SO ANY ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE MUCH APPERCIATED AND IF YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE I DON'T, PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG. THANKS SO MUCH!

I don't have a lot of knowledge about domestic adoptions but I know that when we were doing our homestudy our social worker asked us if we would adopt again and we said 'yes' and she begged us to consider a domestic, biracial child because she said there is such a huge need. white parents want a white baby, black parents want a black baby, hispanic parents want a hispanic baby, etc. but for some weird reason they have a hard time finding homes for biracial children. So if we do adopt again, that is probably the route we would go.
